May I extend a very warm welcome to the web site of The Operative Mason Lodge of Dundee No.47 holding on the role of The Grand Lodge of Scotland and Charted 6th February 1745

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday - September to May, except the 1st Tuesday in October at 1A Wellington Street, Dundee DD1 2QA at 7.30 pm

On Friday 7 th February 2020, I was proud,privileged and honoured to have been once more installed as Right Worshipful Master of this Ancient and Honourable Lodge for the fourth year of my third term as Master, In particular I look forward to the rededication of the Lodge on 15th February 2020 which is 275 years since we received our Charter from The Grand Lodge of Scotland. I thank again the visiting Brethren who attended and helped to make it a night to remember.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Past Masters and Brethren of Operative 47 for having re-elected me to the highest honour a Lodge can confer on one of its members, and will do my utmost to further the interest of the Lodge during the coming year and beyond

The installation was conducted in a most excellent and dignified manner by Brother Peter Taylor, Past Master of Lodge Albert No.448 , ably assisted by Brother Murray Dignan Past Master Lodge Broughty Castle No.486 , and Brother Bruce Erskine Past Master Lodge Albert No.448

I would like to congratulate the Office Bearers who were installed into their respective posts, and look forward to working with them throughout our term of office.
